Frequently Asked Questions

How do I recover access to my wallet?
Use your 12/24‑word recovery phrase to restore your wallet on a trusted device. If you don’t have the phrase, we cannot recover non‑custodial wallets. For hosted accounts, verify your identity in the app and follow the prompts.
My transaction is pending — what can I do?
Confirm that the network fee was sufficient and check confirmations on a block explorer. Pending transactions usually complete once they gather enough confirmations. If it’s unconfirmed for hours, it may be stuck due to low fees; replacement or cancellation depends on the network rules.
How do I enable 2‑step verification (2FA)?
From Settings → Security, enable 2FA with an authenticator app. Save backup codes in a safe place and don’t share them. Avoid SMS when possible.
I sent crypto to the wrong address. Can I get it back?
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. If you sent funds to an address you control, restore the destination wallet to access it. If you sent to someone else, contact the recipient and request a return.
How do I spot and report scams?
Beware of anyone asking for your recovery phrase or to “verify” your wallet. We will never ask for your seed phrase. Report suspicious messages via the Security & Fraud option above.
